Classical New York City pizza place. Small corner in the Bronx offering, probably, the biggest slice of pizza in the town. Tasted good, even crunchy edges of the “uncheesed-unsauced” dough usually leftover on the plate. Even with $3 per slice, price looks a quite fair. Friendly personal, soccer on big TV screen, many other classic Italian-pizzaria options - calzones etc.

After looking all over the place for a pizza place, we found Cestra's. Because it was late, there was no one but the owner, who greeted us with a smile and a "What can I get you?". We order a small regular pie, which was handmade and took all of 15 minutes to cook. My husband, the kids, and I ALL agreed--- the pizza was AMAZING! That's going to be our new pizza spot...and we're excited to try everything else!

My first time there yesterday absolutely a gem of pizza!!! i was driving by that way saw a person eating pizza on a park bench across the street was Cestra's pizza. made a uturn got 2 slice cold and 1 hot so i can eat, and wow thin crust pizza with right amount of cheese and sauce. this pizza place i would go again enjoy that slice !
